What does SS size mean?

SS (stone size) is the standard rhinestone measurement. SS10 is about 2.5–2.7mm, SS16 about 3.9–4.1mm, SS20 about 4.6–4.8mm, SS30 about 6.3–6.5mm, SS34 about 7.8–8.0mm. Need help choosing? Contact us with your project and we will recommend the right size.

What is a gross?

One gross = 144 stones. Loose rhinestones are usually packed in 10-gross bags (1,440 stones) or 5-gross bags for larger sizes.

Hotfix vs flatback — which do I need?

Hotfix stones have a heat-activated adhesive and are applied with a heat press or iron. Flatback stones need fabric glue or resin. For apparel that gets washed, hotfix transfers and sew-on stones are the most durable.

What temperature do I press hotfix transfers at?

Heat press at 315–330°F (157–166°C) for about 30 seconds, then cool for 3–5 minutes before peeling. With a home iron, use the cotton setting with steam off. Full instructions ship with every transfer.

Can I get samples?

Yes. Samples are –15 depending on the item, and the sample cost is credited toward your first order.

How long does shipping take?

Stock items ship within 24–48 hours. Custom orders take 7–15 working days plus shipping. Courier delivery to the US takes about 3–7 days.

Do you accept custom designs?

Yes — upload your artwork and we will quote within 24 hours. We only produce original designs; trademarked logos are not accepted.
