Return & Refund Policy

Our quality promise

Every batch is inspected before shipping. If stones fall off a transfer during correct application, or an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with photos and we will replace it or refund you.

Returns

• Standard items: 14-day return window, unused and in original packaging.
• Custom orders: not returnable unless defective (they are made to your design).
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.

Because stones are graded and packed by weight, minor count variance within industry tolerance (±2%) is normal and not a defect.
